The Jelq

The exercises described in this program are variations of the Arab jelq technique. The jelq technique is known for hundred of years and it is the best penis enlargement technique.

I'm not sure I understand your question..  Do you mean mean ejaculate from jelqing, or during sex?  If you meen during sex, it could be because your penis is weak from the exercises and needs some recovery time.  If its during jelqing, then its ok, you can still keep jelqing.,
