Warm Wrap Techniques

• The Rain Cloth – you should wet a wash cloth in warm water and you should hold it around the penis until it gets cool, then warm it again and reapply it on the penis. You should continue to reapply it for about 15 minutes until you finish the warm up session. The cloth should not be too hot; it should be warm for the skin to bear, without feeling any pain. This action should be performed in a place where there is no problem with dripping water.

• Asian Sock – you can fill a sock with dry rice tie off the end and put it in the microwave for about 2 minutes according to the amount of rice. Heat is moist and it is retained well.

• Water Glass – You should fill a cup with warm and insert the penis into the cup and press it against the body.

• The Magic bottle – Take a large bottle, which should be several inches longer than the length of your flaccid penis. If the neck of the bottle is smaller than the girth of the penis, you should cut down the bottle until it is possible to fit. You should protect from sharp cut edges. You should fill the first few inches of the bottle with hot water. You should insert your penis and make a seal against your body. The penis should be placed in the steam coming from the water; it should not be in the water itself.

• Heat Pad – There are a lot of heat pads on the market, some are specifically designed for heating the penis but any heat pad which is designed for physical therapy or sports use should be fine. You should heat the pad and apply. Sometimes to wrap the pad in a damp wash cloth will provide a better moist heat.

There are some people who mix their own lube, adding essential oils into them for example.
